I had problems with two e-bikes with Bosch motors. Instead of considering the issues I described, Mr. Lampe asked me about the age, brand, updates, etc., of the bikes, only to then summarily inform me that he couldn't give me a service appointment. Apparently, it says so "service-friendly" on their website: only for regular customers. I certainly won't be a regular customer, even if I were to buy a new bike someday. Nothing could be easier, my electrician said, and got to work with his equipment. One bike had a contact problem between the battery and the connection on the frame (the display kept switching off while riding). The other had a grounding issue (the battery was discharging on the bike even when it wasn't moving). Work time: 15 minutes.

A well-hidden bike shop that's much larger and more modern than it appears from the outside. A large selection of bikes and accessories. The service is reliable and efficient. The owner is very friendly, as is his canine assistant 😉 Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely bottom of the barrel, unfriendly and completely uninterested in the customer. I couldn't even get a broken spoke repaired here. One star is already too much. I'd give it -5 stars if I could, this place is truly awful.

Very friendly and competent advice. Extremely easy to contact. The dealer takes the time to address the customer's individual needs. They provided a very accommodating solution to my inquiry. You don't get that from every dealer. Absolutely satisfied!

Our family has been a customer of this shop since 1992. Yesterday, I bought my 11th bicycle from Zweirad-Lampe. As always, my wife and I first did some research, initially visiting this shop and then other large retailers in the area. We could have saved ourselves the trip. From the initial consultation to the purchase, we received expert service. While other large retailers couldn't accommodate my wife's requests for some modifications to the bike, this wasn't a problem here.
