It's a shame I didn't come here sooner. The staff are professional, friendly, always ready to help, and even when things get busy, they remain kind. Despite it being a holiday, they took the time to find the perfect shoes for our daughter. Thank you for the excellent service!

Five years ago, I gave them full marks; everything was perfect. But today, unfortunately, I was disappointed. The manager didn't want to rent skis for my daughter and me for three days, saying it wasn't profitable for him. I hope there will come a time in Germany again when the customer is king!

It's unbelievable but true: even in Germany's service desert, there are still shops where customers are genuinely cared about. I can wholeheartedly recommend Surfconnection Holleben to anyone needing ski or snowboard equipment. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, funny, and absolutely competent. I can't remember the last time I was so satisfied with a purchase consultation (if you even get one) in Germany. You can tell right away that, unlike at Intersport, for example, the staff here are truly passionate about what they do. Thank you so much! Max

We've only been skiing since 2008, but I've been going there ever since for consultations, ski servicing, and tips you wouldn't find elsewhere. I'm still very happy with the staff. Great people – I highly recommend them! The advice they gave my wife was also thorough and helpful; it was well worth it.

Ski rental. A bit dated, but the service is good. It seems a bit chaotic when it's busy. But after some searching, we always found everything we needed. Unfortunately, you always have to go there three times: try on, pick up days later, and return. Why can't you combine the try-on and pick-up in one go, for the sake of customer service?

The best service in and around Halle; you won't find better advice on all things skiing and snowboarding. Excellent value for money. I've been taking our equipment there for years and I'm more than satisfied.
