We drove all the way from Leipzig to this branch because it was the only place that had a desired item in stock. Once there, we were told that the €20 cheaper online price shown on the website couldn't be applied in-store. However, we could have the item delivered via Click & Collect and then pick it up for the online price. Excuse me?! This is the first Intersport I've ever heard of doing that! Back home, I called other Intersport branches, and they assured me that applying the online price was no problem at all! So, unfortunately, I can't recommend Intersport Heidenreich!

Warm greetings to the friendly colleague from the hiking boot department. My feet stayed dry the entire time. The boots survived Iceland. Excellent advice.

I didn't feel comfortable in this store. It seemed like they didn't want to offer advice, or perhaps they were understaffed.

I arrived three minutes before opening time, thought it was already open, and tried to open the door, which, of course, was still closed. So I apologized to the young man in the store. Nevertheless, he seemed very annoyed. He didn't make a good impression on me as a customer. Nobody in the store asked what I wanted, and nobody seemed friendly.

A very nice and helpful employee wanted to assist me, but unfortunately we don't have the item I was looking for. The store is very tidy and nicely decorated.

It's obviously a sports shop, and generally speaking, you can probably find what you're looking for. Unfortunately, I didn't. I don't want to blame the shop too much, as they do sell a lot of seasonal items. But ultimately, I'm better off going to other shops where I have a wider selection.

Very competent and friendly advice. The selection is large. You're not pressured; they take the time to explain everything thoroughly. Advantages and disadvantages are pointed out, outlining what each item is best suited for. Keep it up, and customers will gladly return. 👍👍

Excellent appointment booking service. Friendly, courteous staff. Some great deals available. From shoes and swimsuits to jogging clothes and much more. Well-organized and tidy.
