Many thanks to Mr. Dressler! After 25,000 km, my rear wheel was worn out and I needed a new one. No dealer in Naumburg was interested in getting one for me, so I tried Little John in Weißenfels. Mr. Dressler took 1.5 hours to put together the individual parts for the rear wheel on his computer, even though the e-bike wasn't from Little John and I'd never been there before. That's what I call customer service! I'll gladly come back.

In times of increasing service deserts, my visit to Little John Bilkes today was a thoroughly pleasant experience. A quick appointment was made over the phone; the service work was carried out in a professional, expert manner, and promptly, along with a few tips and tricks for "value-preserving" measures. All at a fair price. I'd be happy to come again!

We chose two e-bikes and received excellent advice. Any problems were addressed immediately, and a solution was sought. Due to a system error, everything took a little longer, but we were subsequently reimbursed for the delivery costs, as a friendly employee brought my bike from Leipzig because I wanted a different color. We felt very well looked after – thank you!!

After being stood up by the salesperson at Stadler because we asked too many questions, we encountered a fantastic salesperson at their store. He gave us excellent advice, and it was clear that he knew his craft and was passionate and enthusiastic about his work.

During our bike tour, we encountered an urgent problem and hoped for quick assistance. Instead of friendliness or understanding, we were greeted by an employee who clearly took more pleasure in controlling our journey than in actually helping us. Of course, a workshop can't always be immediately available – but here, every opportunity was exploited to unnecessarily slow down the process. Forcing us to complete a lengthy registration in their internal system for a minor repair, including a lengthy lecture about future appointment bookings (which we certainly won't be making), felt more like a show of force. Anyone who values human interaction and genuine customer care should go to an owner-operated bike shop instead.

Great experience! Got good advice from the employee there (who spoke English fluently!!). In less than 30 minutes my transmission system was fixed! Got a hold of new tubes and a tyre as well while I was there. Also, the sellers aren't pushy at all, not trying to sell unwanted stuff which is very nice.
