Almost two months ago, I took my bike to this workshop and paid a good amount of money to have the rear wheel trued because some spokes were loose. I expected to have a safe and professionally repaired bike afterward. Now, not even two months later, a spoke broke on the rear wheel while I was riding—the very wheel that was repaired here. This is not only extremely annoying, but in my opinion, also dangerous. Such damage simply shouldn't happen so soon after a professional repair. I find it particularly disappointing that I paid a lot of money and now I'm stuck with a broken bike again. I'm left wondering how carefully they worked. And this isn't a cheap bike! Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this workshop. I absolutely cannot recommend this workshop! 1. Totally overpriced, and 2. as I discovered today, the work isn't something I can rely on. This is a safety issue and definitely shouldn't break down again so quickly after a professional repair, especially not worse than before. I'd love to complain and ask for a fix, but I know I won't be able to leave my bike there again without a headache. Thanks for nothing.

We were passing through on our bikes from Leipzig to Erfurt and had three flats along the way. One tire was out of sealant, and Andrej was so kind and dropped everything and got the bike back on track. With a very friendly and great atmosphere and lots of laughter, the "waiting time" flew by. Repairs are still a big priority here 💪🏾 Rad Artist is the place to go. Great value for money too. Thank you, my dear, and we'd be happy to come back. See you soon, and without a flat tire.

A bike repair shop I can wholeheartedly recommend. A true expert with extensive experience and a wealth of knowledge in every respect, both technically and personally. He immediately identified my problems with the SRAM AXS and brakes and resolved them with great sensitivity and expertise. He's not one to just talk without understanding, but rather someone who listens and observes. Anyone who owns or needs a high-quality bike is in the right place with him. What I personally appreciate most is his passion for his work and his willingness to explain any issues that arise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart; you have definitely won me over as a customer and will remain my number one bike mechanic.

Excellent work at fair prices. Even if you didn't buy your bike there, you'll receive absolutely friendly and competent advice. I've never had my bike serviced so well before! I'll only go here from now on!

Expensive and poor quality! I only wanted two wheels on my city bike trued – almost four weeks of waiting and no feedback. When I picked them up, the spokes hadn't been cut, and when they fitted the inner tube, it was already punctured. There was still a slight vertical and lateral wobble when I picked them up, but after three weeks of riding, the wheel was bent again with lateral wobble. From this, I conclude that the wheel wasn't properly trued and the spokes were just quickly tightened. I paid €60 for both wheels – never again – not recommended at all!!!

Stranded shortly before Weißenfels on my demanding tour. I was invited in at 11 a.m. sharp and my emergency was taken care of immediately, along with a very nice and informative conversation. Thank you again! I have never experienced the expertise and customer proximity like this - strong!
