Absolutely recommended – everything about this place is perfect! Ranni is a true expert with heart and soul! Compared to other workshops – Fahrrad XXL in Halle could definitely learn a thing or two from him – he offers not only technically excellent service, but also personal, honest advice where you truly feel valued as a customer. Getting the parts was incredibly fast, and the prices are absolutely fair and transparent. I was particularly impressed by how much time Ranni dedicated to my needs. No rush, no empty phrases – just genuine interest and passion for bicycles. I feel completely at ease with him and will gladly return anytime. If you value quality, a personal touch, and expertise, Ranni is the right choice. Top-notch workshop – 5 stars without a doubt!
