As a passionate road cyclist, after using Sven and Eitel Wittenbecher's shop, I always leave with the impression of having been treated in a customer-friendly, fast, and fair manner. An internal cable (a complicated job) and a chain replacement, along with gear adjustment, were completed within a single day, much to the cyclist's delight. This specialist shop comes highly recommended.

I was having problems with the gears; I figured I'd need a new chain and sprocket set. So I went to this Zweirad-Eitel junior bike shop. I'm truly speechless. They fixed it in just a couple of quick steps, and I was able to continue my journey without any problems. No appointment needed, and no new chain and sprocket set required. It's amazing that places like this still exist these days. Sometimes you get the feeling that you have to dig deep into your pockets whenever something goes wrong. Not here. Here, I encountered a wealth of cycling expertise without being ripped off. A huge thank you again for the excellent service. Best of luck!

Very nice contact. My freewheel on my rear wheel was broken. Unfortunately, a new rear wheel wasn't available. A solution was found very quickly. I was able to continue my tour along the Saale. Thanks again.

My bike had several annoying problems, which were fixed super quickly, without any hassle, and at an unbeatable price. Now the bike is fun to ride again and runs like a dream – better than new! I'll only be coming here with my bike from now on 👍🏻 Top shop, 5 stars aren't enough!

Excellent service, highly recommended. We had a breakdown with our e-bike – the gears broke – but they were quick, affordable, and very competent. You won't find anything like this in Erfurt. We'll definitely have our bikes checked and repaired there in the future. Keep up the great work, Team Wittenbecher!

Big kudos to the workshop! Very friendly. I was able to pick up my e-bike after a short time. Even though I didn't buy it there, they explained everything about how to use the bike. Highly recommended! I'll gladly come back if needed. 😊
