My well-preserved, approximately 15-year-old Puky children's bicycle was missing its chain guard. A bicycle repair shop in Zeitz said it was hopeless without even looking at it, no chance of fixing it. But Mr. Exler at least took a look and found a solution. It was extremely inexpensive, and now the bicycle looks almost like new again. A big thank you to Mr. Exler; the workshop is highly recommended.

I've been there three times, had three opportunities to convince and satisfy me, but unfortunately failed every time. No matter what needs repairing—spokes, wheels, or handlebars—the only solution this gentleman offers is: "Just throw it in the trash." Then he pulls out his big catalog and orders a new one from me instead. I wonder what the point of that catalog is. Replacing spokes...it's not rocket science for a bicycle expert, but for Mr. Exler, it's a reason to buy a completely new bike, naturally from him. I hope all his customers desert him so he finally thinks about what his business model actually is. Is he a repair shop, or does he want to work as a salesman? I had the spokes replaced elsewhere for €7.50; in Mr. Exler's eyes, it was supposedly irreparable damage. That was a year ago, and the bike is still holding up. Get well soon, Mr. Irreparable!!!

I had an axle damage on my bike and went to this shop. The first impression was perfect. The shop owner is very friendly and very professional. Not only did he fix the axle damage, he also readjusted the front and rear brakes and gave us great advice on everything. The price was also top-notch. I would definitely recommend this shop.

A strange experience at the shop. I felt we were a nuisance as customers, and that installing a trailer hitch on my e-bike was rather unwelcome. I left the shop with an uneasy feeling and am taking my bike to another shop.
