Excellent service. Very friendly team. We rented bikes and received expert advice on using the e-bikes. They gave us lots of tips for routes in the area. A very friendly team and great equipment. Highly recommended for all your cycling needs, including bike rentals and repairs.

A bike shop and workshop just the way you want it. Super nice, friendly, and competent staff. They help cyclists passing through immediately, and in a relaxed manner, just the way athletes like it. They couldn't fix my problem, or rather, they didn't fix it (adjusting the gears) so I wouldn't be able to continue my ride. Matthias discovered cracks in the rim, and I don't even want to imagine what could have happened on a fast descent. Matthias, thank you so much for your meticulous work. I couldn't train that day, but my health is more important to me. I wish "Bikezeit" continued success and many satisfied customers. Cheers, and thanks again! Christian from Dresden

Amazing shop, I'm absolutely thrilled! We wanted to ride the Stoneman trail and discovered my gears weren't adjusted properly. I popped into the shop on Saturday morning before the start, and even though they were obviously very busy, the guys helped me and adjusted everything perfectly. Really great service and a really friendly team, thanks a million for saving my weekend! :)

We were so lucky with the bike shop and the best crew in town. Nine of us rode the Stoneman Miriquidi and quickly discovered that there really are mountains here. We're only used to wind on the Baltic Sea. :-) One of our guys had the wrong sprocket on his bike. I think the largest chainring had 23 teeth. He was immediately asked what he was doing there with a track bike. LOL. The guys at the shop were actually swamped, but they helped out right away. They put on a new sprocket (28 teeth), tweaked a few things here and there, and took the bike to the hotel. So, our journey through the Ore Mountains could continue. We'd give them 10 stars if we could, but unfortunately, that's not possible. Thanks, guys, you're awesome!

After a preliminary phone call, I sent in my Cannondale Super Fatty Ultra and it was repaired and back in no time, with the agreed-upon price. Super reliable, a man of his word. Now, about six months later, I'd like to recommend him. (All the fuss about Fattys and Leftys is only made by people with ridiculously expensive bikes and fancy cycling gear who think only someone who's also ridiculously expensive can repair them. Then they brag about it. These are exactly the "posers" who get overtaken by me pushing their bikes uphill on a 20-year-old clunker. If you think you're better than everyone else, you should pay more.) At least Fahrrad-Kohl seems to me to be an honest craftsman who repairs the gear of ordinary people for a reasonable price. Thanks for that.
