Excellent work, top-notch service. I can only speak for Paul Sorgenfrei, though. I was there once for e-bike servicing and booked an appointment after his vacation. Superb, professional work and customer-friendly – you don't find that everywhere anymore. 👍👍👍

The guy in the shop sold me an inner tube, and I asked him if he'd inflate it. He let it burst. And then he asked me, "What do we do now?" I said, "Well, you put a new inner tube on for me." He said that costs €23. "We can't give anything away for free." The inner tube I bought for €10 that he broke. Am I supposed to pay again? That was the last of my money, I told him that, and I just wanted to go home. "No, we're not doing that." The bottom line is, he kept giving me the wrong inner tube.

I bought a Kärcher OC3 online. The device was very well packaged and shipped immediately. And all at a very fair price!

We bought a children's bicycle here for €195.99, plus training wheels for €16.99. We also bought training wheels for a second bicycle we brought with us, again for €16.99. Both sets of training wheels were mounted on both bicycles within minutes. We were then charged an additional €54 for this "installation." Whether that's a rip-off is up to each individual to decide. I was very disappointed that these additional costs weren't even mentioned beforehand. When we inquired about it, the employee responded very rudely, saying, "Well, we live in a time where nothing is free." Therefore, I unfortunately cannot recommend this bicycle shop.

Got a bike, which had a problem with the motor, after sales is not very good, I had to do all the chasing up, but eventually they exchanged the bike for something different.

I arrived here with a snapped brake cable at the end of my tour along the Mulde River, 15 minutes before closing time on the eve of a public holiday – and they helped me! Even though a weak point broke in the process and the replacement derailleur hanger wasn't in stock: they found a solution in the form of a loaner bike and even picked it up from the hotel after the holiday, since we had already left! I wish we had this kind of customer service here in the big city!

It took three weeks to repair a lawnmower, with no updates on when it would be ready. I paid over €100 for pickup, only to find it still wasn't working. Terrible service. Never again.
