Unfortunately, my shoes broke. So I went to the Bergsport Arnold store. I received excellent advice. They even provided a small platform for testing the shoes. All in all, I was very satisfied.

Excellent service... Even though the store was packed, they took the time for each and every customer. We've broken in our new shoes and are absolutely thrilled. We're not the type of people who walk a lot, BUT these shoes make it fantastic. We never imagined hiking could be so enjoyable. Thank you so much for the outstanding advice. It was absolutely worth it, and we simply love our hiking boots! 😍

I'm a huge admirer of Mr. Arnold. He's a real role model for me, especially when it comes to climbing. So it was only natural that I (and my husband) bought our first climbing shoes at his shop. His wife helped us. I immediately liked her calm and easygoing manner. She addressed us informally right away, which I thought was fantastic. I mean, whether you're a hiker or a climber, we all love nature and speak the same language. 😁 The advice she gave us on our climbing shoes was excellent. She could tell immediately whether the shoes fit or were too wide. She even gave us several pairs to try on, but we stuck with the ones she initially recommended. We left very happy with our shoes and with lots of impressions of this lovely shop. We'll definitely be back. From outdoor clothing (trousers, shoes, shirts...) to equipment (stoves, backpacks, ropes...) and hiking and climbing guides, every hiker's (and every outdoor enthusiast's) heart will find everything they need there. ... They also offer climbing and bouldering courses and guided hikes. Something we're considering. Please stay just the way you are!! 😍
