We were there at 10:40 on a Saturday because we also asked for 2 bicycle seats, he no longer wanted to make the effort. It is a great shame that you treat customers this way.

We had a little trouble communicating. I'm sorry you misunderstood me. The child seat mounts are permanently attached to two of the bikes. We had a lot of customers on Saturday, so those two bikes were already rented out. It's a shame you didn't reserve them in advance; I would have reserved them for you, of course.

A true Saxon original! They offer decent bikes in various sizes. No e-bikes! Perfect for a day trip along the flat Elbe Cycle Path. Tour suggestions and places to stop for refreshments included. Would gladly do it again.

We called in the morning and were able to get four bikes plus a child seat for the day. They gave us great tips for excursions, and the bikes were fantastic. Returning them was also hassle-free. Highly recommended, and the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful – simply top-notch!

Great location with a good route right outside the door. Renting a bike went smoothly and we received helpful tips for the tour. Tandem riding was fun, but quite tiring ;). Street parking is free, but often full around lunchtime. It's best to arrive early.

Greetings from Berlin, Everything went perfectly, and Mr. Örni and his wife are simply wonderful. We booked for a group by phone, and everything was waiting for us on the day of our arrival. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay there. Cheers

The rental shop was closed during its supposed opening hours. We arrived at 12:30 on a Thursday. We walked all over town to rent bikes, and no one answered the door or answered our phones. If the hours are different than those listed on the sign or website, it SHOULD be changed to avoid misleading people! I don't recommend it.

We arrived at the rental shop at 3:00 PM on Friday afternoon and wanted to pay the daily rate for an afternoon and use the key drop-off service. There was no one in the shop. A man approached us from the side and rudely informed us that, contrary to the website, the bikes could only be rented until 6:00 PM, and even then, only in the morning. The opening hours were posted differently. It was not a pleasant experience.

Funny Örni, helpful, and friendly. We rented two tandems. He gave us recommendations, and everything was excellent. We'd be happy to go again!

Örni's Bike Service - bike rental is located on the outskirts of town, right on the Elbe River. Mr. Arnold is very friendly and gave us some helpful tips for our ride. It offers excellent value for money. Our bikes were in perfect condition, both visually and technically. What was especially great was that we didn't have a fixed return time for the day. This allowed us to enjoy our bike tour without any pressure.
