I wanted to get some advice regarding the topic of road bikes. Unfortunately, it turned into more of a "Look, this would be in your price range..." (1,500-1,700) and a referral to their other branches. However, I was hoping for a proper, in-person consultation on this topic.

We were in the store today wanting to buy a bicycle helmet for our son. There were only three employees in the store at the time, and we were the only customers. We received absolutely no assistance – why bother, it's much nicer sitting behind the counter! Unfortunately, we have to give one star for this poor service!

If there were more than five stars, I'd give even more! I had problems with my self-built e-bike. The rim cracked, so I was sent home by local dealers, but the nice man in Bennewitz repaired everything perfectly. Great job, keep it up, and thank you so much! I'd rather drive 25 km again. A really nice shop, the advice is excellent and the service is fantastic. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a new bicycle, e-bike, or spare parts for their bike. Everything is very well laid out and easy to navigate. The owner is always friendly and very helpful, and he takes great care of every single customer, no matter how big or small the problem. Everything is checked and repaired until it works perfectly again. Customers and bikes are treated with great care and dedication. My handlebar stem broke. The owner, Mr. Becker, immediately helped me out with a used part, which I didn't even have to pay for. Fantastic! I also booked my bike in for a full service for €35. That even includes wheel truing. Can't complain about that...

Simply superb service. Repairs are always completed as quickly as possible and, in my opinion, with top-notch quality. I highly recommend them. And the price-performance ratio is definitely better than other bike shops.

We've bought all our bikes here because the price-performance ratio and the advice have always been excellent. The owner takes plenty of time to provide detailed consultations. Even retrofitting is done quickly and without any problems.
