No, we didn't buy our e-bikes here, but we weren't sent away because of the upcoming service either. A big thank you to this shop for the excellent price/performance ratio and the honest information about the time required and billing. Paying over €100 for a service at a large bike shop seems like a rip-off to me. I'd hardly recommend them for service and repairs...

It's incredible what you experience at the Katrozan bike shop in Borna. Always friendly, always willing to provide information, and time for advice. And all of this even if you bought the e-bikes somewhere else, as in our case. All of that has become very rare these days and is certainly no longer a given. Thank you so much for that. We'll always be happy to come back.

Great shop, with detailed advice and friendly owners. Plus, a fantastic mechanic in the workshop. Highly recommended for bicycles, e-bikes, and bicycle accessories.

An excellent bike shop! The salesperson is incredibly competent and attentive to the customer. Superb advice and sales. You can tell he enjoys his work and is very passionate about it! I highly recommend him! 👍👍

My wife and I each bought a bicycle. Excellent advice and service. We're both thrilled with our bikes. They ride very well. We would definitely buy another bicycle there. And a big thank you to the salesperson as well.

Very good advice and service. Unlike other service centers in Germany, they don't charge for every minor service. I'll buy my next bike there again.
