I like to buy spare parts here; they have everything in stock for most repairs on "normal" bicycles. Their easy accessibility is a huge plus for me, especially since most bike shops in the area have unfortunately closed, mostly due to a lack of successors. Highly recommended for all DIY bike mechanics!

Well, what can I say? The lady at reception is pretty much the rudest person I know. I politely asked if they could top up my tire because I'd noticed it was a bit low on the rear tire while riding through the woods. She snapped at me, "Why is it low on air? Don't you have a pump?" Reluctantly, I let her give me some air. The fact is, this wasn't the first time she'd been this rude; she always seems to get out of bed on the wrong side. As a supplement to your answer: When someone rudely hands me my bike and immediately moves on to the next customer, they obviously don't hear the "thank you" I said. It's really funny that they didn't comment on my behavior, because there's nothing to comment on. I politely asked if they could lend me a pump for a moment. The answer I got was a curt, "We don't have a pump, we only have a compressor." What do you expect when you're so unfriendly to customers? The fact that you couldn't resist pointing out that it was free of charge is the last straw. If you'd been friendly, you could have gotten €2 for the coffee fund. Service means being friendly to every customer, not throwing a rude remark at them when they politely ask if they need air. Of course, you think you've done nothing wrong. This was the second time I've been to your establishment, and both times you were the epitome of rudeness. The first time, a few months ago, I thought, "Oh, come on, maybe she's just having a bad day," but it seems to be the rule rather than the exception.

He immediately shook all the dirt and moisture from your morning ride through the woods (as you described) out of his fur – right next to a white wall. This kind of behavior certainly doesn't foster a friendly atmosphere. Afterwards, we politely asked you to wait outside with your dog. We then transported your bicycle into the workshop and brought it back outside for you, wishing you a safe ride. You had no further requests or questions, and naturally, it makes sense that we would then approach the next customer who is already waiting. Perhaps you could consider doing that. Generally, we are happy to help and always assist whenever possible. If you wish, we can discuss the matter again in person. Please call us beforehand to schedule an appointment.

Arrogant and poor customer service. A woman with short blonde hair spoke to a customer and was simultaneously on the phone. Dictator. One day and nothing was done. They should have immediately admitted their poor service skills. They only want to make a sale. No service at all. At home, I saw they had caused some damage when they packed my parts. Disgusting! If you want to buy a new bicycle, you're a good customer. My phone number was correct; I checked. I checked with him. My parts weren't unpacked. No effort on their part. I said at the beginning that I didn't want a warranty. The bike is over 20 years old. The blonde woman was arrogant the first time as well.

Very good advice and a large selection! I received a friendly welcome and good advice. They showed me all the bikes and explained everything. After I'd made my selection, I was even able to take a test ride. There, too, they paid attention to how I ride and sit, checking whether the saddle or handlebars needed any adjustments. Since the price of the bike was within my budget, I also bought two bike bags. The selection is also large, with accessories and spare parts available in all sorts of variants. And to my surprise, I was able to take the bike with me right away.
