Order placed on November 1st, 2023, paid immediately, and still no goods received. The seller is not responding to emails and cannot be reached by phone.

On September 5, 2023, I ordered a topping for €42 and paid by credit card. Despite repeated requests and submission of the debit slip (recipient: Silvio Nasdala), the goods were not delivered. I repeatedly received the response that the payment had not been received. After requesting a refund through Visa, the €42 was returned via Visa and the recipient's bank. Therefore, there are strong indications of fraud.
