I am severely disabled, which is why I ride a small folding tricycle from Di Blasi that isn't available in most stores. I had a technical problem that rendered it unusable. I contacted Mr. Neubert. He took the tricycle in and quickly got it working again. He also performed a complete inspection. When I picked up the tricycle, it was in like-new condition, both technically and visually. Where do you find service like that these days? I would like to express my sincere gratitude once again.
