I didn't get the feeling in that shop that they wanted to advise me or even try to understand my needs. It seemed like every answer from the staff was the same: "We can't say, bring your bike in and we'll take care of it." Which wasn't what I was looking for. I wanted an inner tube and needed advice, and I wanted to know if I needed a new tire because my model has a visible hole about 2mm in diameter. I hope that's not the norm. I left the shop and went to my usual shop on Hoyerswerda Street, where I was able to ask all my questions and get answers with explanations. There, I still feel like a valued customer.

I've been a customer of this store for years and am always surprised by how much value they still place on customer satisfaction and quality. No matter what problem or request you have, you're always pleasantly surprised by how much effort they put into making you happy. It's not just about making a sale here, like so many places these days. Therefore, a clear recommendation!

Very friendly owner! For cost reasons, I only wanted to buy the parts and repair my bike myself. Nevertheless, I received excellent advice with lots of helpful tips. This will definitely be my go-to bike shop! The price-performance ratio is great, so in the future I'll gladly save myself the hassle of doing everything myself and leave my bike to the experts!

I bought two custom-built bikes here years ago. It was a good decision because the advice was excellent, clear, and logical; the bikes are fantastic. Since then, I've taken both of them back for service regularly: the same affordable, high-quality service every time. I highly recommend them.

I'm very satisfied! Personal advice that builds trust and also helps me understand why some things might be more expensive than I expected. The repair was still significantly cheaper overall (just over half) than my previous bike shop had estimated. My old bike now shifts smoothly again, great! :-)

I'm absolutely thrilled with this bike shop! I dropped by with my bike without an appointment because the chain needed replacing. To my surprise, the bike was ready to ride again in about an hour – complete with a brand new chain! The friendly employee not only helped me quickly and professionally, but also adjusted the brakes perfectly without me even having to ask. You rarely find service like this. Top-notch service, excellent advice, and a fast turnaround – you can tell that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. Highly recommended!

Top shop, excellent advice, repairs are done quickly and to a high standard, and if something is found during the repair, it's taken care of immediately – all at a more than fair price. I'd much rather take my bike here than try to fix it myself.

Small but perfectly formed! I bought my bike (a TBR) there in 2016 and am very happy with both the bike and the service. I was already a customer there before buying my bike, as I had been very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the bikes from one of the large "bike shop chains." My girlfriend also bought her bike (a TBR) there in 2017. She is also very happy with the service and the bike. Best regards from us! Keep up the good work!!!
