Hi everyone. This afternoon I went for a relaxed bike ride with some friends. Around 11, I noticed that my rear tire was losing air from going down some stairs. Since none of us had anything to remove the tire, we went into this shop. I received quick help at the service counter upstairs. However, I think that if someone (hopefully) has learned this trade, they know how to properly clamp a mountain bike. I say this because the guy clamped my bike by the hydraulic seatpost, effectively turning it into a service case. It no longer extends, and you have to pull it to extend it. After that, he removed my tire and tried to pull the casing (downhill compound) off by hand, which didn't work and distorted the casing in the process. After everything was finished, I thanked him and paid. What I didn't realize, however, was that the pressure point of my rear brake is practically nonexistent, as I prefer to use the front brake. Thanks for the problems and for turning my bike into a service case. ``` Ultimately, it was only the work itself that I didn't like; the interaction with customers and the general atmosphere in the store were excellent.

We bought a children's bike for my daughter and are extremely happy with it! We were at the store on Prager Straße just before closing time and received super friendly and pleasant advice from the workshop manager/manager Thomas Schmidt. Unassuming and personable, empathetic, and simply excellent with children! It's great to find such employees and knowledgeable advisors; you'll be happy to shop there again! :-)

Deserves more than 5 stars. Honestly, 10 stars are absolutely deserved. Competent advice, calm and objective. Details are explained, including the differences between different manufacturers and installed products. No unnecessary bells and whistles are sold. I specifically purchased accessories for my gravel bike, and details are also explained to the customer. Have you ever checked the weight of your U-locks?! The insurance offered is also worth considering when buying a new bike. Absolutely top-notch, absolutely and without reservations, highly recommended. Many thanks to Mr. Lejsek.

Very satisfied. Mr. Goerts provided excellent advice during the test rides of several bicycles and the selection of my current bike, as well as during the adjustment of the grips and saddle. Top-notch workshop, excellent troubleshooting and repair. I am completely satisfied and will definitely be back.

While passing through on my bike, I needed a new rear wheel because the rim had cracked. I called around 10:00 AM, arrived, and dropped it off at 12:30 PM. The bike was repaired by 1:50 PM. The mechanic even gave me some helpful tips. That was excellent service. Thank you!

I have some feedback: It doesn't look inviting at all when all the bikes in a store are locked. The store is empty, and there are two employees, but I'm not going to constantly interrupt them to unlock every single bike I want to try out. There's a large area for testing bikes—and it's on the third floor. So why lock everything up like that?
