The only bike repair shop that doesn't treat you like an idiot or condescendingly if you don't know much about bikes – no matter how old your bike is. Unfortunately, I've had very different experiences at many other shops in Dresden. They've always been able to help me quickly and efficiently, the prices are fair in my opinion, and any additional costs are communicated quickly and transparently. A really nice team. I highly recommend them to everyone in Dresden.

The people who work there are so lovely and competent. My bike was a bit of a write-off, but they lovingly restored it at a really fair price! Highly recommended!

It's super nice here, I would recommend it to anyone! 😊 We just had a few rattling parts on our bike, so we stopped by quickly, and the guys fixed it right away for free. Then we were able to enjoy the sun a bit. 🌻

Awesome shop! I bought a new bike here in December (VSF Fahrradmanufaktur T 500), I can highly recommend it!! The guys are really nice and helpful.

The Bike Center branch in Hecht is highly recommended. I've been a customer there several times for minor repairs and inspections. The staff are incredibly friendly and honest. You won't get ripped off here. I've always been satisfied with the actual work done. For me, this branch is the fastest and friendliest bike repair shop in Dresden.

The workshop staff were competent. Friendly staff. I was there spontaneously, and I was helped quickly. It had become really difficult to find a good bicycle repair shop. Everything was handled professionally, and minor checks weren't charged. I think it's great when a workshop takes the entire bike into account, not just the repairs. As a layperson, you can easily overlook a lot. If the quality of the repair/maintenance and service remains at this high level, then this won't be my last visit... please maintain the high level of service and workshop thinking!

I'm grateful that there are small shops with good service, I really am. And yes, the guys who work there are nice guys, but I find it rather presumptuous to pay €38 for a tube change (the tube itself costs €3.50). The change took exactly 10 minutes (front wheel). Subtracting the €3.50 for the tube, that's €35.50. The hourly rate would be very interesting in this case. What a shame...

Best bike service that I ever had. Nice and competent staff, able to speak in English or German, very quick on solving the problems and helpful in suggesting the best accessories at the lowest price. Totally recommend!
