Well, I didn't go there to repair bike, instead I had to remove 2 rivet screw from stroller/ Kinderwagen. It is not removeable at home. So I went there and within 2-4 minutes they remove two rivet screw also a give me two normal screw for free. I feel like India when unknown people don't take money for small things, get your work done within few minutes, give small items for free and Smile 🙂. I knew it that they will not take money, that's why I bring a chocolate to say thank you instead of just smiling and saying thank you. I would highly recommend this place for all purposes. They are very friendly & work fast.

Friendly staff. I am not happy about the service they did to my road bike after I crashed. The handlebar was not aligned. I wanted to ride on the weekend so I did that myself. Second point: during the inspection they kept finding things to fix when they needed to order parts in different weeks. I would have expected a general assessment first and having to order parts early and once. Third: the gears were not properly indexed or something I have a loud noise on high gears...

Super friendly people here! They have a free bike pump available for the public which is super helpful and kind of them. Mike went above and beyond to pump my bikes tires up for me and even tightened my kick stand which has been bugging me for months and oiled up my chain. All out of the kindness of his heart with no donation wanted. Def will be coming back here for bike repairs and couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Best bike service in Dresden, for sure. Fast, reliable service. Friendly, helpful staff. I've tried many other shops in Dresden and these guys are definitely top.
