I purchased one of my downhill bikes online and over the phone, and I had a lot of contact with the team during that time. They addressed all my requests, took plenty of time, and explained everything clearly and patiently. Absolutely top-notch! Unfortunately, the bike was damaged during transport due to the fault of the shipping company. However, Bike-Performance Dresden handled the situation superbly and repaired the damage to my complete satisfaction. Such service is truly rare. A huge thank you and much appreciation to the entire team! Especially to Mr. Lampe and Mr. Grossmann!

Very fast and efficient service! I called Mr. Schneider to inquire about the availability of two e-bikes. He called back very quickly to confirm they were in stock. I then immediately (Wednesday evening) placed my order via email and received immediate order confirmation. I transferred the money on Thursday. The shipping company contacted me on Monday, and the new e-bikes arrived at my home (Greater Hamburg area) on Tuesday. This is how a great shopping experience should be!

The repair was carried out satisfactorily. However, they charge a hefty price for parts. I can only advise you to source replacement parts via Google. However, I don't know if they'll actually install them.

An absolutely fantastic bike shop, truly. I can only say good things. I bought my second bike there, and I would buy my third (and every subsequent one) there as well. Firstly, because it's a small, local shop, which I'm happy to support for that reason alone. Secondly, because the people there are truly excellent: they simply know their stuff. They don't just sell anything for the sake of making a sale and nobody cares – no. I'm guaranteed to get exactly what suits me, and if I'm not familiar with bikes myself, the people there really are! REALLY! And then they take all the time they need to explain everything and find solutions. Every time, I've received incredibly patient and thorough advice; the interaction has ALWAYS been personal and welcoming. The fact that there might be a slightly smaller selection of bikes compared to those big stores doesn't bother me at all; on the contrary: the good ones are there! I would go back there again and again; I highly recommend them.

Excellent shop! I can't comment on the in-store service as I ordered online through Bike Exchange. I had been searching online for a specific bike for a long time and finally found the last one in my frame size at Bike Performance. The bike was assembled and delivered to me in just a few days without any defects. A definite recommendation from me, and a big thank you!

I wanted a bike to get around town, and to get some exercise. I had no idea of what to buy. I visited several other local bike shops, and I had bad experiences everywhere except at Bike Performance. I had read their great reviews. But still, I was not expecting much from this small sized shop. When I first walked in to Bike Performance, the dude that runs the place, greeted me, and politely asked a couple questions, then pointed to his recommendation. I bought the bike, and I am very happy with it. I have been back multiple times, for advice, service, tune ups, flat tire repair and to look at accessories.They provide free maintenances, and they have always been friendly and give immediate attention. They don't take credit cards, just cash or a bank card for the usual debit-transfer (which is quite standard around here).
