A €84 service for a children's bike is quite a lot. But then an extra €2 for chain oil? Sorry, but that should have been included at such an ambitious price. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

That was really great customer service. I was helped without any fuss and with a friendly attitude! My defective sprocket cassette was replaced immediately. This is the second time I've been to this shop and I'll continue to be a customer. Keep up the good work!

Competence and no rip-offs are the order of the day at this store... I feel I receive excellent advice; all costs are presented transparently upfront, and above all, nothing is "sold" on me. I enjoy coming to the store, and the staff are always super friendly :)

The bike shop is highly recommended. Friendly and helpful staff; minor repairs are carried out immediately whenever possible. The employees are competent and provide advice with the customer's best interests in mind.

Due to a job change, I also changed my bike shop from Bikepoint Plauen to Bikepoint in Klotzsche. But what can I say other than that my bike and I continue to receive excellent care. From a quick, spontaneous visit to adjust the gears, to the annual inspection, to advice on various accessories. I've always found and experienced a listening ear and excellent service. Many thanks to the entire team at Bikepoint Klotzsche. Great service for everything related to bikes!

I had an issue with my canyon bike and they were very helpful, knowledgable and understanding. Not only did they resolve the issue, they also ordered new parts I could otherwise not find and spoke to me in English throughout, which for technical conversations in particular was useful. Will be back for all bike needs in the future.

I was sold a 9-year-old helmet today for €90. The seller said the helmet was 2 years old and therefore had a 50% discount. When I got home, I saw the production date: 2015. I was simply scammed. You'll get another visit from me!
