Great service. They helped me on the spot with my Rose backroad ff the day before my UCI race without charge. 6 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've been a loyal customer at Bike Point Dresden for many years and I'm always thrilled! The advice is simply top-notch – competent, friendly, and always tailored to my individual needs. You can immediately feel the passion for cycling that the entire team exudes. Yesterday I bought a new bike and I'm absolutely thrilled! It rides fantastically, and I'm completely satisfied. A huge thank you to the whole team – I always enjoy coming back!

A great place for service! new bikes are on the higher price range. But quite often they have a few used bikes for sale. The place is often crowded, so choose the hours wisely.

I recently purchased a bike here, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Everyone that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and took plenty of time to make sure that I found a bike that fit me well. Prices were fair, and I'll definitely be back when my bike needs servicing.

Great selection of very nice bikes. Friendly and thorough service. My final bill was less than the quote! My new neoghborhood bike shop for sure. Recommend 100%, also they speak english which is helpful for new arrivals and students.

Owner's response

Andrew, thank you for your review.<br>We wish you a safe journey at all times.

Some pretty nice people here! Good service with reasonable prices, and if you're in a real bind, they'll even help you sort out some minor issues with your bike on the spot. I personally haven't purchased any big ticket items here, but they seem to have a nice selection of accessories, apparel, parts, and higher end bikes. Oh, and they speak English too, which is a big plus (for me, anyways). Keep in mind that during the peak cycling season during spring and summer, their service department tend to be super busy and tend to be fully booked for quite some time. On the other hand, in the slower, colder months, it's pretty much walk-in service. Case in point, I brought my bike in sometime in November and they serviced it within the next day. On the other hand, in the past month I was informed it would take 2-3 weeks to look at my bike. So plan ahead during the warmer months!

Haven't bought much there - only some bike parts. Since it is top-notch-gear over there, the prices are pretty high and I wouldn't recommend to go there in case you're not interested in professional bikes.

Extremely friendly staff, explains everything you need to know, they give real advice instead of just recommending the most expensive option.
