I happened to be in this bike shop last week, and the two gentlemen were incredibly friendly and helpful. I immediately felt comfortable and received some great tips about my bike. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back! Excellent service!

We bought a Cube e-bike here yesterday. Karl gave us great advice, there was a huge selection of bikes, and they also had a good range of affordable, used accessories. A little tip: not all bikes are in stock, so if you want to see a specific bike from their website, you should call ahead.

A very professional bike shop with a sustainable business concept. All the (almost like-new) second-hand bikes are perfectly refurbished and serviced. I bought a top-notch gravel bike there and I'm very happy with it. The whole bike team is simply fantastic and very accommodating. My salesperson (Peter) went to great lengths to help, and even the workshop employee answered my questions kindly and very clearly, despite being very busy. I asked the dispatcher, Denny, if my son's rear wheel could be repaired quickly. My daughter brought the bike in, and they fixed it right away. All of this was even free of charge, which I found almost a little embarrassing. After all, a new inner tube costs money, too. The guys were probably pleased that I bought a nice gravel bike from them. The heart and soul of the business are clearly in the right place. Very satisfied! We bought two e-bikes and are thrilled. From ordering (on a Saturday) to delivery, it only took three days. The bikes were professionally packaged and in perfect condition. Many thanks, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Excellent service. The bike matched the description perfectly and was also very reasonably priced. Even after the purchase, the customer support was excellent, fast, and accommodating. I will definitely buy my next bike here again and recommend them to my friends.
