I was having problems with my snowboard boots and was looking for professional advice. I finally found it here! Super friendly, super competent, and super helpful. I not only got new boots that finally fit me well, but I also gained a lot of valuable knowledge. For everything they offer as a customer, I'm more than happy to make the hour-long drive!

EMCEE Snowboard – A New Riding Experience - WOW #buddybuddy Tested in Wagrain, Austria, in all conditions: snowfall, clear skies, and thawing conditions, plus icy slopes, powder, and perfectly groomed runs. Day 1 took some getting used to because the handling is significantly different from the classic setups I've ridden before. From day 2 onward, it was completely intuitive – you feel at one with the board. The deep nose provides enormous float and a smooth ride. On long straightaways (400–500 meters at full speed), the board tracks perfectly and doesn't catch an edge, even where other boards would. Loose snow is cleanly shed through the nose without slowing you down – resulting in very high and stable speeds. Turns are effortless, both left and right. The board slides in instantly and with control, the edges are precise but not aggressive. Large carving turns, short, tight turns – everything is easily manageable. The light weight makes it easy to pull the tail, which significantly increases maneuverability. The pop is remarkably strong: jumps are noticeably higher than with heavier boards, even from a standstill or over small bumps. The design is phenomenal and a real eye-catcher. I've received many compliments on the wood look. Even fellow skateboarders from outside the region (greetings to Hamburg!) were impressed by what Mike and his team have created for a snowboard. All in all, it's a powerful combination of speed stability, playful turns, excellent float in powder, and clean carving on hardpack – without any unwanted edge catches. I went to the snowboard shop yesterday for advice on snowboard boots. The advice was very competent and professional. They took a lot of time for me. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop and would definitely shop there again.

Very friendly owner! I bought a new board at the shop two weeks ago and I'm really happy with it. I'm a big fan of sustainability and supporting smaller, specialized companies, and you get a great combination of both here. Now I'm off to hit the slopes for the rest of the season ;-)

Brettlladen is an awesome shop for anything board-related! I got to test a really nice board there and ended up buying it for a great price. I also picked up some bindings, and their service and repairs are top-notch—you can tell they really know their stuff. The team is super friendly, laid-back, and passionate about what they do, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether you’re into skateboarding, snowboarding, longboarding, or stand-up paddling, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

The best shop for high-quality boards. The owner takes plenty of time for consultations and individual configurations. They also offer evening SUP tours on the Elbe (often with spectacular sunsets), and upstairs there's a stylish room where various yoga classes are held.

Before our vacation, we were desperately searching for a shop that rents snowboards and stumbled upon Brettlladen. After a brief phone call, we were invited in. They took plenty of time and gave us excellent advice, so that an hour later we were able to rent the boards for a week. The rental fee for one week was absolutely fair. The equipment is top-notch. The owner clearly understands his passion for his work and hobby and is happy to share his experience. The shop is a little hidden away in Dresden's Neustadt district, but that shouldn't be a reason for a negative review! Keep it up – the shop has great equipment, not just for rent!

Excellent advice, lots of expertise! I would have loved to buy everything in the store, but my budget only allowed for snowboard boots and bindings. Nevertheless, I'm very satisfied, great shop!
