I picked up my road bike today. Even though it was "only" a used one, I have to say it's a really great shop with incredibly friendly and empathetic staff. You can tell that they work there with a passion for cycling, and at no point do you get the feeling that it's just about making a sale, but rather that the "customer" leaves with a product they'll enjoy and love. Thanks again for the excellent advice. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop and I'm thrilled with my new bike. 🥰

I don't usually give 5 stars so quickly, but in this case, 5 stars aren't really enough. Where do I start? I was looking for an e-bike. I'm very tall and heavy, and Ronny was right there with me for the consultation. He let me try out bikes. He gave me tips and advice, but he didn't sell me anything. He gave me time to think things over. He was available for questions and thus did what I needed – took me by the hand so that together we could find a bike that was right for me. After the purchase is before the purchase – improvements are made here and there, and advice and support are provided. Advice and offers are available based on preferences. I'm absolutely thrilled. The service in the store, with its cold drinks and attentive service, is simply amazing these days. So, dear team! Keep it up! 5x5 stars from me. It was a pleasure buying my Moni from you....

I needed new brake pads installed. I called ahead to see if it was possible today, Saturday, since I was passing through on my bike. They told me on the phone that they would make an exception in this case and that I should just drop by. No sooner said than done. Very friendly, helpful, and competent staff. They even offered me a drink while I waited! I'm absolutely thrilled with this shop and the service! 👌👍

The shop is fairly small yet they have a very good selection of accessories. They are always very friendly, they take the time to help you and, if needed, they will easily switch to English ;)

One year ago I purchased a Fahrwerk Werksrad and I couldn't be happier! I have ridden this bike everyday and it has held up better than expected. The quality parts, look, smooth ride, and guarantee are worth the price. Also, the service and experts at Fahrwerk are always pleasant and happy to answer all you questions....even while riding my bike, one of their experts, Ronny, pulled up next to me and asked how my bike is holding up! Customer loyalty is something that is earned and they have earned mine.
