I've been a customer for several years and have always received excellent service. If all the parts are in stock, the bike is usually repaired within a day; even if parts need to be ordered, it still usually takes a maximum of three days. Very good service.

Two tasks were declined, with the explanation that there are always differing opinions on them: maintaining the drive system and replacing a lost screw on the mudguard. What tasks would the staff find enjoyable?

Good evening, please accept my apologies for the unpleasant encounter. Unfortunately, it makes little sense to have a contaminated drive unit cleaned by us, as this is very time-consuming and ultimately costs more than a new drive unit.<br><br>We could, of course, have tightened the loose screw on the mudguard for you, but we were very busy today. You are welcome to come back tomorrow, and I will tighten the screw for you free of charge. I hope to retain you as a customer.

We highly recommend this bike shop – super fast service. If you bring your bike in the morning, you'll have it back repaired/serviced the same day. We took our new bike, which we received by mail, there for its initial setup. It was no problem – great service! Company bike maintenance, etc., is also carried out on-site.

Thank you again for your help with the "complete overhaul" of my bicycle! You replaced the entire drivetrain and repaired other worn parts. In my opinion, you did far more than I could have expected for the price. Everything went quickly and smoothly.
