Marcus did an excellent job solving the problem with my lights, and he also replaced missing spokes and trued the wheels. Thanks to him, I'm safe on the road again. The price-performance ratio is fantastic. Scheduling and coordinating appointments via email and WhatsApp was possible even at short notice. All in all, a superb job.

Fantastic!!!! I had a flat tire today and happened to be passing by when the young man was working. At first, I thought it was a dad fixing his kid's bike :-) When I asked for help, he immediately helped me in a super friendly and quick way. I was so impressed by his willingness to help. Marcus got our two eBikes back up and running. It had been some time since their last service, so we opted for the convenient and excellent service offered by the Mobile Bike Doctor. Marcus came to our underground garage with his very well-equipped workshop vehicle and then took care of both our bikes. Mine was missing a spoke, which he couldn't replace right away because he didn't have the spare part on his vehicle. But he took care of that in a very customer-friendly manner during another (free) appointment. Now we have all our spokes back and two serviced bikes. Thank you for your good work and your friendly and pleasant manner!

SUPER SERVICE AND GREAT PRICE 👍 Suddenly my tire was flat... I'm out and about all day on my e-bike for work (home care service). Today I had bad luck and a flat tire in front of a client's house made it impossible for me to continue working. Therefore, I'm really grateful for the QUICK HELP! The inner tube was replaced, the tire pressure and brakes were also checked... the bike is working again 👌 I can wholeheartedly recommend this friendly and competent service!
