I picked up my new Qio from ebike Dresden today. The bike was, as promised, equipped with the components I requested. They even installed a front rack I spontaneously purchased on-site. All the staff in the shop were consistently friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the entire team!

Mr. Ruscher took plenty of time to answer all my questions and find the perfect e-bike for me. You can immediately tell that passion and expertise come together here. Wow!👏🏼 The atmosphere was incredibly pleasant as soon as we entered the store. We received a warm welcome without feeling rushed. The lovely Kay took care of us, advised us on our needs, and let us test the various eBikes. His enormous expertise and experience were immediately apparent. Each of our uninitiated questions was answered in detail and understandably – far beyond what was necessary, and with a calmness and patience that is rare these days. He accommodated our wishes, but still managed to protect us from making the wrong decisions. In the end, we both found our dream eBike, even though only one of us originally wanted one.😄 There was never a hint of haste or impatience, even though we took up a lot of time – even after the official closing time on a Saturday at 4 p.m. (I'm so sorry again). Customer service of this level is almost extinct these days. For us, it was an absolutely exceptional experience that left a lasting impression. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop, not just for the eBikes, but especially for the people (especially the lovely Kay!) who work here with genuine passion, patience, and dedication. We would love to give it more than 5 stars ⭐️

I ordered an e-bike on the evening of September 8th, 2025, and it was delivered on September 11th, 2025. The bike arrived well-packaged. Great price and fast shipping. I'm very satisfied.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to test an e-bike in your shop. Even though I still feel fit enough to cycle properly, it was a nice experience. The selection of bikes, the range of accessories, and the advice were all excellent. Even though the company bike scheme didn't work out, thank you very much for your effort and time. I'll be back sometime! Highly recommended!

Competent advice, especially when a standard bike isn't an option due to health reasons, and a very friendly team. So, dear ebike Dresden team, you built the bike perfectly for me! After the Easter Bunny, who traveled all the way from Dresden, delivered it, I couldn't wait to test it out on the road... amazing! The road then turned into a little wood... why did I wait so long to buy an e-bike? Simply fantastic! 🚴🏻♀️😊 Thank you so much; the advice beforehand was also excellent. Thank you!!!!
