What a shame about this lovely shop. It's solely the fault of the owner, who lacked the business acumen and practical skills to run it. Simply a pity.

Despite a 50% discount, you still pay more for ordinary spare parts than you would at the regular price elsewhere.

The guys in the workshop listened patiently to my problems during my visits, looked at them, and helped as best they could. Excellent. I can understand that with so many idiots (myself included) who come into the shop every day, the mood isn't always great. However, the customer service representative (who I understand is the owner – I might be wrong about that) unfortunately doesn't radiate a smile or any sense of being welcome. I've been here several times. During my last visit, I was handed a replacement part that I'm not happy with. While I understand that I probably wasn't the easiest person to advise under the circumstances, I still think I have the right to be dissatisfied because: I now have a non-compatible aluminum chainring for 60% of the price of the [entire original crankset with steel chainrings]. The second chainring, which I bought a while ago (too soon, I might add) and whose price I can't remember, isn't included. I'm annoyed that I didn't Google it or ask about the material beforehand. I know a bike shop that's a bit further away, but they would have checked online and given me a heads-up. For me, that, along with my general experience with customer service, makes the difference between "I'll gladly come back" and "what a waste of money, but it is what it is."

A bike shop located very close to the Elbe Cycle Path. Shortly before visiting the shop, I had a flat tire that I was able to fix myself. However, I didn't have the right pump to inflate it. This shop has a self-service air pump. I thought that was amazing! Two employees stopped by the corner, greeted us in a friendly manner, and let me do my thing. For me, that means: - very friendly - helpful - accommodating - great service Next time, I'll stop again and pick up some for the coffee fund 🙂👍🏽

I was cycling along the Elbe Cycle Path when my rear wheel broke near Dresden. Another cyclist recommended Elberad. Great! The owner immediately led me to the back of the workshop, where one of the mechanics examined the rim, discussed the situation, calculated the costs, and estimated the repair time. I then took my lunch break a little early, and I was able to continue my journey on my bike :-) ! Totally fair. Thank you!!

They were unable to repair an unexpected flat tire in mid-November on the same day. No one can tell me that 10-15 minutes can't be squeezed in. Since I live on the other side of town, it makes no sense to leave the bike there. What a shame – it would have saved me a lot of trouble.

Hello Mr. Ruch, of course, you could drop everything, put the bike with the major repair in the corner, and squeeze in a tire change. You could do that several times a day, but often further problems arise during the tire change, and at the end of the day, the major repair isn't finished in time for the scheduled customer. That's why we usually repair defective tires on the same day, either by the afternoon or evening. November is a bit quieter than usual, but fortunately, we still have booked repairs, often even more complex than in the summer. On top of that, I myself had a few days off during the beautiful gray of November, and the workshop staff had to manage the business. I'm sure they explained that to you. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but it's not always possible. I hope you understand.<br><br>Sylvia Kührt

I was just there for the second time and, both times, I'm completely satisfied. Great service, very friendly staff, and super-fast help with minor issues that were quickly resolved. My bike is running perfectly again, and for the small spare part and the incredibly quick service, I should just leave a little something in the tip jar. Top shop, I highly recommend it! 👍

Good service, friendly staff. A bit pricey compared to other stores belonging to larger chains or online retailers. But seriously... please post online that you close for lunch! I once drove several kilometers to your store for nothing, only to find out you weren't even open, despite what it said online.
