Huge selection to buy bicycles. Unfortunately, one seller in the children's deprtment was not very friendly. Especially when they realized you don't speak German well. At least with the other persons (they looked like acquaintances) they were much more friendly. I'm sorry we distracted them from an important conversation with our desire to buy a bycicle. But the store itself is fine.

I have bought me a new gravel bike on Saturday. The shop assistants were very friendly and helpful. I have tested a lot of bikes until my decision for the purchase. It`s pleasant you can use the indoor parkour for testing the bikes.

I was happy with the service I received from Marvin G, he ensured the test bike was in good working order with correctly inflated tyres etc, he gave some nice suggestions on what bike size he thought was suitable and was very helpful with advice on choosing accessories and indicated a few points with the accessories that I would have otherwise missed. Thank you Marvin G!

Totally recommend this store, we had a great experience and amazing help from Tamás. My bike was stolen so I had to buy a new one and wasn't very clear about what I was looking for, had only some factors in mind. He totally understood that and helped me find the right one for me, along with many options that were always aligned with what I was looking for. I really appreciated it to have that level of professional advice and went from feeling super overwhelmed to have a set of 4 options and I am super happy with my decision, I don't think that would have been possible without his help :) You can also try all bikes right away, which helped a lot as well.

Bought a BMC race bike from Fahrrad XXL Emporon. The service that I got from Ricardo Buschmann was outstanding. He answered the large number of questions that I had regarding the bike with large professionalism and speed, and went out of his way to help me with the delivery to Denmark. I give the highest recommendation to the shop and in particular Ricardo.

The major benefit of the shop is the inventory of bikes that can be tested: several models from each of the major manufacturers, together with their respective frame sizes. Personnel is knowledgeable and patient. It is pleasant to see the contrast and weight the benefit of each bike. What has to be improved is the packaging and the components range. I was looking for a certain handle bar or asked for a wheelset to replace the default rims that come with the bike. It is a "no" with follow-up in a few months. Packaging is an after-thought. Test the bike, pay and that is it. What if we are travelling? No questions about wrapping in foam or protecting the components from accidents. 5 stars for presentation, 3 stars for sealing the deal. All questions answered and verified by the staff. Helpful.
