I was here on a busy Friday evening. After an hour's wait, which undoubtedly meant a lot of work and stress for the staff, I was greeted warmly. My problem was resolved quickly and easily under warranty. I'm impressed by the professionalism and competence I encountered here.

A well-organized and clean customer/reception area. Friendly staff. The only "negative" thing is that they don't give you a concrete price quote. You usually end up paying more than initially quoted. In my opinion, it should be the other way around: a higher initial estimate, and if you end up paying less, every customer is happy.

I'm totally satisfied with you guys. Before I found your workshop: I got lost several times with my bike. A reunion is probably inevitable, but I hope it goes well this time. So, cheers, see you soon!

Stay away! A nearly one-year-old Flyer e-bike needed servicing while still under warranty. On the plus side: the opening hours and the fact that it could be dropped off without an appointment. The rest was incredibly negative! The service advisor said, "That happens with these cheap e-bikes" (priced over €5000). The problems: insufficient battery performance and constant error messages from the speed sensor. Very inconvenient during a two-week cycling holiday... The battery was replaced, but the other issues were neither documented nor fixed. Very soon after, the same problem occurred. "For data protection reasons," the previous service order couldn't be accessed, according to the service advisor. The repair took a long time. And FXXL offered absolutely no compensation. Extended warranty or anything like that? Nope – the marketing department just gave me a resounding slap in the face, citing laws that were, in some cases, inaccurate. Apparently, the service department hadn't documented all the problems again, and now the customer is supposed to prove them... NEVER AGAIN! Update after the response: I'll let my friends call me by my first name! It took two attempts to fix the problem; the first attempt only involved replacing the battery, while the sensor fault was ignored. Therefore, the service was quite poor!

To clarify: As a retailer, we cannot offer an extended warranty, as the warranty in this case is handled directly by the manufacturer, Flyer.<br><br>Your battery was replaced free of charge by Flyer, as was the speed sensor magnet, to resolve the issues you described. We understand that the processing times were longer than expected; however, this is due to Flyer's procedures and not delays on the part of our team.<br><br>We reject the accusation that we are invoking incorrect laws. I dropped off my leased bike at the workshop on December 19th. Since it was my first time, I was completely unprepared, but the employee (whose name I unfortunately don't know, early to mid-twenties, wearing a black cap) greeted me in an incredibly friendly and helpful manner and brought order to my chaotic bike. He was professional, available to answer my questions, and provided excellent support and advice. We even had a pleasant chat with the younger colleagues. The processing time was incredibly fast (dropped off on December 19th, 2024, and originally ready for pickup on December 20th, 2025). Today I went back and eagerly picked up my bike. I was greeted by a lovely young woman with many tattoos and received excellent service. We had another nice chat. My bike was thoroughly inspected and adjusted, and any problems/defects were fixed immediately without any fuss! I am more than satisfied as a customer! The guys and girls do a fantastic job and stand behind what they do! Absolutely top-notch!!! I hope the owner reads this review and passes on my praise to the two employees mentioned above, and hopefully also to the hard-working staff behind the scenes (the workshop). In my opinion, this kind of service isn't something to take for granted and definitely deserves recognition! I'll gladly come back and can leave my bike with them again anytime without hesitation. Thanks to everyone involved.

Excellent service! I brought my bike to the workshop today without an appointment. They helped me immediately, adjusted the gears perfectly, and I'm extremely satisfied. I highly recommend them. Simply superb!

Excellent service; the employee took plenty of time, much more than was required. He answered every question thoroughly. Overall, the people were friendly and the work was professional; I left with a very positive impression. Highly recommended!

!!!Do not drop it off there!!! I've been waiting for my bike for six weeks. I only dropped it off for a check-up. After about two weeks, I was told that parts were missing and had been ordered... They didn't say which ones... After four weeks, I called to check on the status and ask which parts were missing—the chain guard. Nobody needs a chain guard, and it would make sense to ask customers, or even proactively approach them, if they'd be willing to wait for it. I said, "Please don't wait for it, because nobody needs it," and I was assured that the bike was now being assembled. A week later, so after five weeks, I took the initiative again and called to ask about the status. On that day, someone discovered that another part, which is actually essential, was missing. This means that for five weeks, absolutely nothing was done... Then, "Oh, oops, some important parts are missing; we'll have to order them." That was eight days ago. Yesterday I called and was told the bike would be ready today. Today I called again and was told it would be ready tomorrow, and all for €370? You advertise 5-7 days, not weeks. You were completely inactive; I had to chase you up. It cost me two months of my Germany public transport pass...

This certainly does not meet the standards we set for our workshop and our communication.<br><br>Regarding your order, we would like to explain the following: We had to wait for a new chainring, as it was essential for completing your bike. Unfortunately, the manufacturer initially sent us the wrong part, so we had to place the order again. Additionally, during the repair, we discovered that the adjustment screw was defective, and this also had to be reordered.<br><br>We deeply regret the entire process. The delays were due to the waiting times for the necessary spare parts, over which we unfortunately have no direct control. I can't say what they do in the workshop. After 500 km, the front sprocket was loose, causing the chain to fall off. So you take the bike there for a checkup and a complaint (and pay for that). Then you can ride it 100 meters home and recharge it because the problem wasn't fixed or identified. It sat in that workshop for a week. Question: Why?

Unfortunately, I'm not very happy with the workshop service. I came in with a creaking bottom bracket after already riding 400km on my e-bike. In other words, it's a new bike. Three days later, I was billed €104, and the next day I'm back with a creaking bottom bracket. Update September 2025 After XXL Support tried again, the bike was picked up, greased again, and a screw replaced. The creaking sound came back after a short while and is still there. Since then, the odometer has shown 20km. I have no idea what the problem is, but I'm already disappointed.
