They've since moved to the opposite side of the street. Very friendly and honest owner and staff; service and advice are top-notch.

Best bike repair service in town!!! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable, and on top of that, they repair bikes incredibly quickly!!! Last week I called in the afternoon, dropped off my bike with a flat tire at 5 pm, and was able to pick it up at 6:10 pm.

Christine von Grünzeugs on Rähnitzgasse. I came in with a problem with the front brake on my delivery bike and was thrilled with the super-friendly and extremely competent service. I will definitely become a regular customer! Thank you for being there, Mr. Frank! PS: While waiting in line today, I saw a customer returning a broken bicycle light and being able to exchange it without any problems, even though it had been purchased a long time ago. She was overjoyed. That's fantastic service.

No kidding. If you charge €8 for a puny 6V 15/15W light bulb and are unfriendly, you shouldn't be surprised if you lose customers. The light bulb costs €3 at most everywhere else, and that's already expensive. All due respect to small and private businesses, but this is simply unacceptable.
