Unfriendly and they won't take back purchased items. Arguing seems to be their thing. I won't be going there again; there are friendlier and more reputable shops in the Neustadt district.

I brought in my broken bike and the staff repaired it right away. He was patient with my poor German and explained in English :) I’m grateful for their professionalism and kindness!

Reading these reviews, you might think they're for a different shop. I've been a regular customer for over 30 years and always receive excellent service. They always help me so everything is perfect. Whether it's tips or questions, you always get the best service at Fahrrad-Schwarzer, whether from the friendly Simone, the owner André, who always finds a solution, or his helpful mechanics. All in all, I'll gladly come back.

While other shops told me I could get an appointment in one to two months, my rear wheel was repaired within a week. Others here reported unfriendliness, which I didn't notice at all.

I was very annoyed today about the unannounced "storage fees" for my bicycle, which were simply charged. But above all, a big thumbs down for the stubborn and very unfriendly "educational measure" that was used against me as an example for customers who apparently leave their bicycles in the store for extended periods without prior notice. So next time, I'll buy my bicycle light again at the friendly neighboring shop on the same street.

I still enjoy going there, even though I don't live in the area anymore. It used to be my regular bike shop, right around the corner, and they always had what I needed. The local bike shop...

Incredibly unfriendly. We've had this experience several times before – including friends of ours. Now it's time for a proper review. "You have to make an appointment for a repair. It'll take 5-6 weeks anyway!" The friendly service shop about 400 meters away was kind enough to immediately offer time and interest in treating its customers kindly in order to earn money.

Price: a little high but ok for Neustadt Service: neither expert nor helpful. I went to change the air chamber of my bike. I showed the old one. They gave me a new one. Comparing old and new it was clear they did not have the same size. I pointed it out. They still said that it was ok. Eventually it was not. I had to come back again to change it :( (and a simple sorry could also have been welcome)
