We dropped off an e-bike here for repair, including a repair order and payment confirmation from an e-bike dealer. The service request was for the replacement of a derailleur hanger and the adjustment of the gears. However, the work was not carried out properly, yet we were still paid. During the first repair, the derailleur hanger was apparently not replaced, and the gears were not adjusted correctly. Upon returning to the shop, we were initially told that this couldn't be happening and that it would have to be resolved internally. However, it turned out that the second time, the part still hadn't been replaced. Instead, they merely tried to straighten the derailleur hanger – with the warning: "Ride carefully, it could break at any time." We are incredibly disappointed by this approach. In our opinion, this is negligent. It's especially frustrating because we consciously wanted to support local businesses and then experienced such a letdown. We will definitely not be using this shop again and strongly advise against having any repairs done here. ... In addition, there was another repair job: a broken spoke needed to be replaced and the wheel [of another bicycle] needed to be trued. Visually, the repair initially appeared complete. However, after riding just a few meters, the rim was again out of true, caused by poorly adjusted spoke nipples and insufficient spoke tension. The price for this work was also exorbitant in our opinion: despite the rim being completely disassembled (tire, tube, brake disc, and cassette already removed to make the mechanic's job as easy as possible), the price was well over 50 euros. Considering the shoddy workmanship, this is completely unacceptable.

I had my bike serviced here, and I'm absolutely thrilled with how it went. The bike ended up being more damaged than expected, and the cost was correspondingly higher. He called me and let me sleep on it overnight. I then decided to do the full service, and I'm very happy. It rides like clockwork. I'm very grateful, and I'm very happy about so much helpfulness with a rental bike and such courteous behavior. Unfortunately, you don't experience that very often anymore. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏

I brought my broken rear wheel in for repair on September 3rd, 2025. The employee in the shop dealt with it immediately and even gave me a €6 deferral, which I will of course pay in October. Thank you for your trust; that's what I call service in today's stressful times. Please keep up the good work!

I called today, before a public holiday, to inquire about an MTB crankset. The mechanic happened to have a used one in stock and said I could have it. So I arrived at 4:30 pm, 30 minutes before closing time. He looked at my son's bike and said he couldn't mount it as is, as there were still some issues. He offered to fix it quickly, but said it would take 30-45 minutes (note: this was already 10 minutes before closing time). And so he did. At 5:30 pm he called to say everything was ready and I could come in. I've never seen a bike shop so cool and quick to fix something, even outside of closing time, before a holiday. All I can say is... thank you so much! Friendly, kind, and with an eye for detail! I'll definitely be back!

Changing a spoke nipple cost me a whopping €50.40!!! The rim tape was just pushed aside and handed over like that. I already had a bad feeling about the person behind the counter. My conclusion: Shady staff and a complete rip-off!!! Go to a different shop...

I don't usually write Google reviews, but I've had several frustrating experiences because bike repairs were ridiculously overpriced and they didn't stick to the agreed-upon maximum price. I don't recommend this shop!

Thank you so much for saving our time! They still didn't turn us away without an appointment. We were on vacation and the brakes failed. The nice gentleman from the workshop replaced the brake pads and changed the oil that same day. Top service at a great price. And very friendly, too. We would go back here anytime. Thank you for saving our vacation!

I needed to replace parts on my bike so I could immediately go on a 100 km ride. I received excellent advice and they even helped me with the repair – all at a perfectly reasonable price. A truly fantastic team! Thank you so much!
