I brought my bike in for a tune-up after a long break from riding, and within a few days I was able to pick it up again in perfect working order. The repair options were explained to me thoroughly, and although there were several issues, I wasn't pressured into anything. The price was slightly higher than the initial estimate, as one repair turned out to be significantly more complex. However, everything was communicated openly and was easy to understand. In the end, the price was still very reasonable. I highly recommend this workshop and will gladly return!

My bike is a few years old, and I only ride it when I'm in Dresden for a few weeks each year. Over the years, it had accumulated quite a few minor repairs, and the guys at Fiedz took care of everything within two days, including an older/hard-to-find derailleur. Friendly service and reasonable, transparent pricing. Highly recommended!

If you're not put off by the location in a former industrial area, you'll find a truly fantastic bike repair shop here! My drive unit was replaced within a day for a relatively small fee. I was offered additional services, which I declined, as I prefer to do these things myself (changing brake pads and spokes). Instead of being in a bad mood due to the lack of income, I was given some useful DIY tips. Conclusion: I'll definitely go back here next time; the reasonable price, friendliness, and honesty won me over!

I just had my bike repaired at Fahrrad Fiedz in Johannstadt. It's a competent one-man workshop, super friendly, and incredibly fast (within a few hours without an appointment). He only charged for what was agreed upon and still managed to do quite a bit more "on the side" without charging extra. He pointed out and advised me on some major issues he noticed, without pressuring me or trying to push anything on me – I'll definitely go there again next time. In short: Reliable – competent – ​​friendly – ​​affordable – excellent service 👍👍👍
