We bought an indoor bike from Fitshop Dresden. The advice we received there was excellent, and the opportunity to try out the equipment on-site was very important. Delivery via a shipping company also went smoothly. However, we did have some difficulty assembling the stationary bike, so we asked for help with the assembly service. A technician from Dresden arrived the very next day. He worked very carefully and quickly to assemble the bike, so we can now begin training with this perfectly functioning machine. Overall, the entire process was straightforward. If we ever need to buy any other training equipment, we would definitely buy it from this store again.

We bought a Cardiostrong cross trainer in 2018, which started making noises after 8 years of use and suddenly developed an imbalance. Everything from contacting Fit-Shop Dresden, to the quote, to scheduling the on-site maintenance/repair appointment, was smooth, friendly, and quick. The technician who came was exceptionally friendly and competent—and was able to help us. The price for the repair was also perfectly reasonable.

After purchasing my exercise bike from Fitshop Dresden, where I received excellent advice, I had a problem because the thread on the pedal was damaged during assembly. The issue was resolved quickly and easily – the pedal was professionally replaced and everything was neatly reassembled. The technician, Mr. H., worked calmly and attentively, took his time, and explained the functions of the machine at the end. It was clear he worked with experience and care. I particularly appreciated his tidy and clean work methods, as well as the fact that he took the packaging away. The entire process through the shop was smooth and customer-oriented. Scheduling and communication were straightforward. Overall, excellent service – reliable, professional, and highly recommended – now I can start training again.

We received excellent advice in the store and were able to thoroughly test the devices. Delivery was straightforward. Even a defective part, which we had to return, was promptly replaced. Mr. Hübner was a friendly and helpful contact. 👍

We visited the Fitshop in Dresden for the first time today. There was a slight change of plans, and it was a complete success! We were going to buy an indoor bike, but we ended up with a rowing machine. Thank you for the friendly and professional advice! The machine will be delivered to our home shortly. The store and the service were excellent, making the decision easy. We simply trusted them!

We purchased a rowing machine from cardiostrong at the Dresden branch at the beginning of February. Unfortunately, it didn't work perfectly right away, so we had to contact the Dresden service team under warranty. Scheduling the appointment was smooth and straightforward. Our preferred date and time were taken into account. Today, February 24, 2026, Mr. Hübner from the service team came to our home in Chemnitz. He kept us regularly updated by phone on the day of the service appointment so we wouldn't have to wait unnecessarily. He took a lot of time on site and was able to fix all the defects and also gave us some helpful tips on maintenance and use. Mr. Hübner was very friendly and helpful. He even called again two days later to check if everything was still okay. Since, unfortunately, another problem with the control display occurred just one day after the repair (it was "frozen," meaning all the displays stopped mid-rowing), he immediately arranged for a new display to be sent to us under warranty after our phone call. We ordered a treadmill from Fitshop in Dresden (Cardiostrong TX 90 Smart, end of November 2025). It was delivered without any problems by a freight company at the beginning of January. During assembly, I noticed damage to a panel. After reporting the damage, a replacement part was ordered without any hassle. The technician from the Dresden team then called personally and scheduled an appointment for the replacement. This was carried out completely smoothly on-site. Furthermore, the technician explained in detail what we should pay attention to regarding maintenance, aligned the mat, calibrated it, and even applied silicone spray again. I can only give a full 5 stars. From the excellent advice in the Dresden shop, to the ordering process, customer communication, and the subsequent service from the Dresden technician – everything was top-notch. So, if you're looking to buy exercise equipment for home use, I highly recommend visiting Fitshop in Dresden. 👍👍👍💪💪💪

We were looking for an exercise bike from a local retailer, as buying online wasn't an option. During our search, we came across Fitshop. We received excellent and very thorough advice at their store in Dresden and decided on the BX70 i. It was delivered within two weeks. Unfortunately, our enjoyment was short-lived, as it developed problems. After we reported the issue to Fitshop in Dresden, a technician contacted us. He was very friendly and even tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. This was followed by an on-site appointment, as other customers have also described. His work was very professional, both in terms of troubleshooting and cleanliness, and he worked calmly but efficiently. The exercise bike is now working perfectly, and we received so many helpful tips and information from him. We can highly recommend the team. Everyone is fantastic! Sadly, this level of service is no longer a given.
