Fantastic bike repair shop! After being less than satisfied with other shops, I've finally found my go-to bike mechanic here! Communicating with Peer was easy, whether by phone or in person. He took the time to discuss my needs and even chat about the technical details, ultimately fulfilling my wishes perfectly! I'm really happy and will definitely be back. The price is absolutely fair, especially considering the quick turnaround!

I was looking for a simple singlespeed bike and took the opportunity to visit my old stomping grounds again. As a hobby cyclist, I was looking for a small shop with personalized advice and simply gave them a call. I made an appointment and came by. I explained my needs and budget and we reached an agreement. I think the result speaks for itself. If you want proper, individualized advice and don't want to be bombarded with pre-packaged phrases, this is the place for you. Visiting my old stomping grounds and picking up a decent bike was definitely worth it. Thanks a lot!

Thank you so much for the collaborative work on this gravel bike project. I'm from Berlin and contacted Goettlich Bikes with an inquiry about a PIVOT VAULT gravel bike. I certainly wasn't an easy customer, but Peer took the time to give me excellent advice and handled the modifications with expertise. It's great when you want to buy a bike; you have plenty of options. This is definitely one of the best. The service is always friendly and competent. While the selection isn't as huge as at a bike outlet or as cheap as at a hardware store, what they do offer is consistently high quality. Accessories are either in stock or can be ordered quickly. In short, brand-name bikes with a specialist shop and workshop. Excellent! 👍
