Highly recommended. Since we live far away, I contacted them by phone and received excellent advice. Very friendly, very fast delivery, and the leotard fits like a second skin. Thank you again. Such great service isn't a given these days.

I purchased online on September 9th and paid via PayPal. One item is still missing. Instead, on September 30th, I received another customer's item (a shirt instead of the pants I ordered). I immediately complained by phone. The seller demanded that I return it to him at my own expense (and, at his express request, uninsured), which I graciously did (although it was clearly the seller's fault). According to the matrix code, the item was delivered to the seller in Dresden on October 2nd. I was supposed to receive the correct item immediately, along with a refund for the postage I paid! To date, I have received neither my pants nor the postage (despite repeated email inquiries). Now, a buyer's protection case!

You ordered a second item that was not immediately available and had a delivery time. This item was promptly ordered from the manufacturer especially for you. Yes, unfortunately, the wrong trousers were delivered, but these things happen. You were, of course, reimbursed for the return postage; it was the simplest solution. In our opinion, the rating is therefore unjustified!

Great shop, offering high-quality and visually appealing leotards. Their customer support is very reliable and accommodating. You might need to be a little patient and follow up, but then all your questions and requests can be addressed. All in all, I'm completely satisfied. 5 stars from me.

Huge selection of leotards and accessories. Great value for money. Since we prefer to try on and buy in-store, scheduling an appointment outside of opening hours was no problem. Highly recommended and unrivaled in the area of gymnastics and aerobics clothing.
