A very competent, old-school shopkeeper couple. If you have a problem, you'll get quick and uncomplicated help here. The prices are fair and not hopelessly overpriced like so many others.

I went to the bike shop to lower my seat, and the employee was incredibly helpful. She helped me completely free of charge and was super friendly. I'm really impressed with this service and highly recommend it!

A very friendly and competent man; I had a problem with my rear disc brake. I had previously been to two other bike shops who couldn't solve it... he fixed it perfectly and now everything is working great again! Thank you so much!

It's actually quite nice, and I find the prices reasonable, as long as you buy a bike there or want to take a bike you bought there to the repair shop. However, when scheduling a repair appointment for a bike not purchased from them, discussions sometimes arise. And when, despite having an appointment, you're greeted with the words "You can take that thing right back," that pretty much settles whether this will be your preferred dealer/repair shop in the future.

I received a recommendation for this shop from an acquaintance and decided to take my bicycle there for a check-up. I booked an appointment online and dropped my bike off the day before. The shop is somewhat inconspicuous, located in the passageway between the train station and the platforms. Despite the large number of customers, they took their time to receive my bike and even selected new tires for me. I was told I would receive a text message the next day when my bike was ready. This arrived around noon, and I was able to pick up my bike and pay the bill that afternoon. Paying by card was straightforward. Overall, I am very satisfied with the value for money and the friendliness of the staff. It's a small shop, but with excellent customer service. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.
