My sister and I were eyeing a jacket we really liked. We both tried it on and tested it out. The price dampened our enthusiasm a bit. A very friendly employee noticed our hesitation and helped us make our decision with very competent and friendly advice and a small discount. :-) Thank you for that. We had a gait analysis done today at 4:15 pm. The staff member was knowledgeable and very friendly. We found the perfect shoes right away. We'd gladly do it again!

I wanted to buy new snowboard equipment (board, boots, bindings). Mr. Grahl gave me very thorough and patient advice. The bindings were even mounted on-site, so I was able to leave the shop with a board ready to go. A very pleasant atmosphere and fair prices.

After ordering several running shoes online, none of which fit properly, I came here today for a consultation. I can only say it was fantastic. I was advised by Jasmin. She took a great deal of time, was incredibly friendly and patient, performed a gait analysis, and ultimately recommended the perfect shoe for me. My partner also found what he was looking for thanks to her help. I have rarely experienced such excellent, friendly, and, above all, competent service. Thank you, Jasmin!

Today, Mr. Grahl provided us with very friendly, patient, and expert advice when we purchased ski helmets and ski boots. We tried on several models and were shown the differences between the various brands, allowing us to choose at our leisure. The ski bindings were also adjusted correctly, and our old, used boots were disposed of. We highly recommend him.

I have to say, the sales assistants really need some training on how to deal with customers. I wanted to buy ski clothing, from jackets to socks, and all they did was show me where everything was. No advice or help whatsoever; you feel completely abandoned in a "specialty store," but apparently, the main thing is that you can have private conversations with another colleague. In the end, I didn't buy anything. It's simply shameful! Management needs to address this!

A great place to buy equipment for sports. You can also find shoes, t-shirts, jackets, etc. It is organized and the winter-sports section is at the entrance. I found a nice jacket with an interesting discount today. I would come back!
