I was really pleasantly surprised. I didn't have high expectations of finding something suitable. All the staff, especially the gentlemen in the ski department, were incredibly helpful. If you take your time and let the men take the lead, you'll receive excellent advice. Great store! I'll definitely be back 🙌🏻

Unfortunately, the service is very poor. Long waiting times only to end up not being able to rent anything because they can't manage their own system.

Hi Louis,<br><br>we're sorry you had a bad experience. The ski rental employee unfortunately had to cancel at short notice, and we informed every customer who wanted to rent equipment during those days. Everyone understood.<br><br>Therefore, your negative review is not justified.

Great shop for outdoor and sporting goods. Expert advice for every occasion, from hiking to jogging and cycling to winter sports. Also great: they offer repair services, for example, for winter jackets, which extends their useful life and saves money – a huge thank you!
