Bad staff! I bought a training neck/mask warmer, the one you use when you do outdoor activities. There were two sizes M and L. Unfortunately you can not try it in the store! So I had to select the one I think fits. However, when I wanted to return it the second day, they told me you can’t this is our policy! Although when I bought it no one warned me about it and also I couldn’t try it in the store either! But, what triggered me the most is how they respond! They are so rude and angry, they just sounds mad, miserable and frustrated.

I came prepared after reading all bad reviews. But everything was fine. Young woman who brought me needed sizes was extremely nice and smiley, even taking into account that ot was almost 7pm! During checkout I'd been asked about my size two times and all shoes sizes were checked before been sold. Also prices were really attractive (15€ for leather Puma sneakers!)

Very rude people, they refuse to return the shoes in the next day from buying , and they said I have wore it outside eventhough I asked them for 41.5 and they gave me 41. Worst shop, the first and last time.

Very, very rude personnel. They refused to take back brand new, well preserved shoes after just having tried them once. The lady at the counter had a despicable attitude...

Seriously? Is this a European store? - I asked myself this question after I was “not served” in that “store”. I have never met more rude and unpleasant staff than here. You are literally kicked out just because you want to return low-quality sneakers according to European warranty rules. What's wrong with you guys, and what's wrong with Germany being so rude and uncustomer oriented?

It's the worst shop ever! Very rude personnel, absolutely awful experience. They refused a refund for Nike shoes that were of a very low quality and got damaged after just 2 months of regular usage. This is absolutely against the law. I don't know why Nike sell their products via such an awful store (or maybe it's just not original Nike goods??). I would give them minus 5 if there were such an option.

The consultants in the store do not want to do their job. The atmosphere in the store is unpleasant. I wanted to buy sneakers, no one paid attention to me, the consultant threw me one sneaker and left. The most disgusting service.

I tried to claim return/repair based on the EU 2 year warrancy, where it was clearly the bad manufacturing, but they send me away, saying that in Germany it is only 1 year as they are second hand shop and they are not responsible. However they are not second hand store, very dissapointed

They do not let you try on clothes in the fitting room. Why have a fitting room then??

A few days ago I have bought sneakers and yeasterday I was in store to change them, because they were too small for me. There at the cash desk was one employee her name was Anna, which was quite rude with me and told me that they can't change them, because they were already "used" and dirty. I take responsibility that I forgot to clean them up and so or so I would take them back with me and bring them already cleaned, so it is no problem to me to do that. I was really disappointed of the way how she talked to me, it wasn't acceptable because her tone was not even rude but also raised. It was quite strange to me because other employees are really nice there. I was really satisfied with that one guy who was really nice and helpful to me. It was really funny to speak and laugh with him (sadly I don't know his name). She could learn from him how to communicate with costumers or just very simple politeness.
