I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Lacoste store in Dresden and was absolutely thrilled with my shopping experience – especially thanks to the outstanding service from our employee, Lisa. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and consistently friendly. It's immediately apparent that she possesses excellent expertise and knows exactly how to cater to individual customer needs. With great patience, a trained eye for style, and honest advice, she provided me with perfect support. She was never pushy, but always attentive, professional, and genuine. I was particularly impressed by her positive attitude and dedication – she takes her time, listens attentively, and ensures that you, as a customer, feel truly valued. Such a pleasant and competent shopping experience is no longer a given these days. Thank you so much for this wonderful service!

Erin is a great store – the best of all the Lacoste stores I've been to. Excellent service and always there when you need help. When you pay, they carefully pack everything in a bag and even spray perfume inside to make it even cooler.

I've been to the store many times, and even though I haven't always found what I'm looking for, every visit has been a great experience. 😊 The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Highly recommended. Do you also have the Lacoste men's bracelet in stock?

Very well-stocked store! Excellent employees, super friendly and very helpful! Always ready to help and advise. The three of us felt very welcome and comfortable!
