Excellent! Very nice, friendly, and above all, competent staff. The shop is tidy and clean. The service is superb! The prices are very good (and in August/September 2022, there was even a 20% discount on everything – fantastic 👍🏻). Test rides with in-stock bikes are easily arranged. This shop is definitely worth a visit and gets a full five stars from me!

This week, I finally decided to buy an e-bike and received excellent service and advice. All my questions were answered thoroughly and competently, and I felt very comfortable. In May 2022, I naively bought a chain and replaced it myself. Naturally, it skipped over the sprockets. Perhaps they could have mentioned that this was a possibility. So I went back, was able to leave my bike there, and it was ready that afternoon for a great price. I was impressed and thank them for the excellent service. Keep it up; it's a place I'll gladly go back to.

The parking light on my bike, which I bought from another store four months ago, was broken. The friendly staff at this store handled the issue even though it was still under warranty and took care of it immediately. I quickly received a new rear light free of charge, as a defect like this shouldn't occur after such a short time. This is excellent service; I'd be happy to shop here again.

Thanks to the dedicated employee who was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable in addressing our special requests. Excellent advice and service are top priorities here. The employee even retrieved a still-packaged bicycle from the warehouse and modified it in no time so that we could buy exactly the bike we had envisioned. The bicycle purchase was perfect. The bike shop and workshop come highly recommended.

A very good bike shop and repair shop. I bought my bike there, and they always help immediately and usually free of charge with minor issues. Even larger repairs are handled smoothly and quickly. Overall, I'm absolutely satisfied.

Dear Little Johns from Schandauer Straße, A huge thank you again! A small request, and the new fork was installed within half a day – with everything that went with it (including the bulky lowriders). And no, I would have been happy if it had happened within the promised two days – but this was even more gratifying! Keep up the good work! Peter

Last week I took my bike in for repairs. Despite the tropical temperatures and obviously a lot of work, the employee (Mr. Mittag) promised me I could pick it up within the next three hours. After just two hours, my phone rang to say it was ready. Excellent work, excellent advice, excellent price. Highly recommended!

The motto "Experience Enthusiasm" appealed to me from the very beginning because of its double meaning. I discovered just how much fun riding an e-bike can be during a visit to your branch in Dresden-Striesen on May 12th. I traveled all the way from Lüneburg to Dresden to find out, drawn by a very attractive offer. After an initial, extremely friendly consultation over the phone, I decided to make the long journey (425 km/4.5 hours each way). On site, the entire team gave me a warm welcome and provided expert advice. As a result, I left the branch about an hour later, thrilled with a significantly more expensive e-bike. Since then, I've been able to take several rides on my new e-bike and have truly "experienced enthusiasm." My longest ride so far was 79 km, which is also my longest single ride ever. Therefore, I would especially like to thank Mr. Mütze for his very friendly, courteous, and competent advice. You definitely don't find that kind of service everywhere. I would gladly come back to Dresden at a later date. And then certainly to the branch in Dresden-Striesen.
