I had my e-bike serviced at Nearbyk Dresden. It needed some work, which the team completed quickly, thoroughly, and very professionally. The team is friendly, competent, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The workshop is modern, clean, and exceptionally well-equipped – you can immediately tell that they work with passion and expertise. A particularly great feature: they also service other brands without any problems, even if the bike wasn't purchased there. I can wholeheartedly recommend Nearbyk Dresden – an excellent bicycle workshop with first-class service!

We're from Munich and forgot our chargers. The super friendly gentleman served me immediately. He had exactly the charger I needed in stock. Our vacation was saved. What service! The man with the black and gold hands I arrived on Saturday with a different brand of bike (the authorized dealer had previously diagnosed a bottom bracket issue and offered an appointment in four weeks): The very knowledgeable mechanic spontaneously took on the problem, examined it closely, adjusted the bottom bracket, and only charged a small fee. Service like in the good old days! Definitely recommended!

Simply fantastic! I brought my e-bike in for diagnosis at 1 p.m. due to a problem with the wheel – and by 4 p.m. I was happily riding home again. Super fast and professional service, plus very friendly service! It's great that you can get an appointment online so quickly – not a week from now, but the very next day. All the problems were perfectly resolved. I'll definitely be back! ❤️

Even before the regular opening time, we met a very friendly employee who "spontaneously" fitted me with new brake pads (they had fallen off while we were out riding)!! I was happy because we were able to continue our multi-day bike tour without any major delay!

Nearbyk comes highly recommended; we'll definitely be back! We rented seven e-bikes, and the pre-arrangement, instruction, and on-site service were perfect. The staff are very friendly, and the price-performance ratio is excellent.

Great service! We had a problem with our e-bike while on vacation. We received immediate, competent and very friendly help. They even offered advice right away, even though they weren't expecting any additional business. Now that's service!
