Absolutely outstanding service! I had a 100% positive experience with this store. The communication was fast and professional — all my emails were answered within an hour or at most a day. There was a customs issue (as the delivery was outside the EU), and the team offered me an amazing solution — far better than I could have expected! I’ll definitely recommend this shop to my friends and will be coming back for future purchases. Special thanks to André Grasshoff from r2bike — extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I have only had very positive experiences with r2-bike. Always very fast delivery and in the case of incorrectly ordered and returned goods, very prompt refund. I have found them to offer some of the best deals lately and sometimes parts that are hard to find in other online or physical stores. Definitely up there with the best service to be found in Germany.

Very bad experience with warranty costumer service, first email wrote over 3 weeks ago and every answer tooke 2-3 days with some stupid question just to stretch time, after about 4 emails they asked me to send purchaced ebike battety back to them and now its 3 weeks allready and still got no informations about progress, dont know if they received the battery or not, how long IT will take to proceed it and the whole comunication with customer care IS just nightmare and its not a 10e item , not a 100e, very angry

I've known this store for many years. I have been placing orders in this store for several years now. I've never had any problems with orders. The availability of products on the site is correct. Everything is very simple: put the product in the cart, order and pay, and receive it. The store and its employees work really fast. Fast delivery of orders, quick answers to questions, etc. Overall, this is the coolest and best bike store I've ever visited in my life. And say hi to Dangerholm! The muscles on his legs and his little yellow glasses are just gorgeous! Guys! More clients for you! You are best!

Competitive prices, good customer service, always correct. Fast delivery (to Belgium, in my case). Also: Through their free 100 days return policy (that's far beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal) you get a relaxed possibility to return unused items, which comes in handy if you're from abroad. I'm a happy and loyal customer, so far.
