Delighted after a spontaneous visit! A small part of my bike frame had come loose not far from the shop. I only knew the shop from driving by, but the owner very spontaneously helped me just minutes before closing time and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you so much! I would definitely have any further major bike repairs done at this shop!

I dropped by spontaneously with a problem. Felix was able to help me immediately and even gave me some really good tips. He was incredibly competent and friendly.

Felix laced up my rear wheel and after a 7500 km cycling trip, it's still running perfectly. Felix even offered a free follow-up check after 500 km, but it wasn't even necessary. Superb expertise and superb service. I'd use him again anytime!

Legendary service at the highest level! As a shop owner, I had difficulty getting to the workshop during regular opening hours. Felix took the time to see me outside of his regular hours – a level of service that is anything but standard these days. Besides the actual problem I came for, he also discovered and immediately fixed several other issues that I hadn't even noticed. The advice was also first-rate – you can tell right away that Felix loves his work and knows exactly what he's doing. And the best part: all this at an incredibly fair price! A great guy and a workshop that I can wholeheartedly recommend. I'm probably not exaggerating when I say: This is the best bike repair shop in all of Dresden!

I visited Rad Felix for the first time with a trivial tire problem that was nevertheless frustrating. Not only was he able to help me quickly and competently, but what impressed me even more was the genuine friendliness I received. I felt truly welcome and that I was dealing with someone who was intrinsically motivated in their shop and who loved what they did. I immediately recommended this gem of service!

Truly comprehensive and competent advice. The bike's construction was very well thought out, personalized, and lovingly done. Furthermore, you won't find a mechanic here who looks down on you, but rather one who seeks to engage in conversation at eye level. A real rarity in bike repair shops.

Simply one of the most knowledgeable bike people I've met in the area. There are plenty of impersonal bike shops in Dresden and the surrounding area. If you're looking for a quick, easy, and anonymous way to buy the first bike you see, Felix isn't the place for you. Here, you can get your existing bike customized to fit perfectly, or receive expert advice and have even the most individual wishes fulfilled when it comes to the bike of your dreams. 10/10 recommendation
