Excellent service! I was only in town for two days and really wanted to buy a specific used bike from the shop. Unfortunately, it was closed due to illness. Paul still managed to meet me briefly in the shop, so I was able to take my bike home. Thanks!

Best bike shop in all of Dresden. Friendly, expert advice. Very fair prices. You get exactly what you want, and they only do what's necessary; they don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Despite being chronically busy, you don't have to wait long for repairs. If you love your bike, take it here.

The shop has already saved my day twice in six weeks... First, my e-bike was supposed to be upgraded to a new computer while I was on vacation, and a new handlebar with an integrated front light was supposed to be installed. Due to my own carelessness, the key for the battery wasn't left behind. Nevertheless, both requested modifications were completed fantastically and with plenty of improvisational talent. Not even a hint of complaint during pickup, and the price was still as agreed! ❤️ Next, yesterday, a finger-sized hole appeared in the tire and inner tube. According to the prior agreement, this should be fixed 'possibly this week, but maybe not until next week.' So, this morning, I brought the bike in first thing, drove to the dentist... and barely returned from the procedure when I got a call from the bike shop: the tire and inner tube had been replaced, and the bike was back in shape. 🥰 The two superheroes in the shop were so humble and hard to convince of how great this service is! Therefore, my gratitude is publicly available for all to see!

Great bike shop! It's been my go-to place for bikes for the past two years. Excellent service, friendly people, and everything has been top-notch so far. Please note regarding opening hours: They are only open on Saturdays in odd-numbered calendar weeks.

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about bikes. The staff are too. They have regular (used) bikes, but there's a clear focus on cargo bikes. Repair costs are relatively inexpensive. I really like the overall atmosphere of the shop.

I'm super satisfied. My 30 year old bike no longer shifted gears. The rear sprocket block and the chain were then replaced with original Shimano components. In addition, the front gearshift lever was dismantled and cleaned and the gearshift was readjusted. Everything together cost €60, which I think is unbeatable. It's good for me that the components for my old bike are probably quite cheap. Service, waiting time, price, everything was great!
